They are the best… not only in helping me pick out my fireplace years ago, but their service guys are great! I just had their service guy, Lloyd, at my house, and he was the nicest, politest, and a tidiest cleaner (and you know what a mess it can be when servicing/cleaning a fireplace you’ve had for years).
